Cancellation/ Refund Policy:   Refunds will not be made to registrants who cancel after September 3, 2010 or to those who register but do not attend. Credits will not be issued.  If a registration fee is refunded, a $50.00 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount.  An allowable refund minus the administrative fee will be obtained only by a written request received by PARF no later than September 3, 2010. Refunds will be processed after the conference.

OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS

The 2010 PARF Annual Conference will be held at the Nittany Lion Inn located at 200 West Park Avenue, State College, PA 16803. Conference participants must make their own arrangements for lodging. Hotel reservations should be made directly with the Nittany Lion Inn by calling (800) 233-7505 or by visiting www.pshs.psu.edu/nittanylioninn no later than August 27, 2010.

Conference participants are offered a special rate at the Nittany Lion Inn for their room accommodations. Please identify yourself as a participant of the 2010 PARF Annual Conference (#PAR0921) to receive special rates. Make your hotel reservations as early as possible to assure the most convenient room accommodations.
