The Pennsylvania Association of Rehabilitation Facilities (PARF) is a statewide organization of facilities serving individuals with physical, mental, social and/or emotional disabilities. Since 1969, PARF has been educating and training health care providers and professionals on developing and improving the quality of medical, psychological, social, vocational, employment, educational and residential rehabilitation services and programs through its annual conference and regional trainings held throughout the year
